NEAT (Non-exercise Activity Thermogenesis) consists of the voluntary and unconscious movements we make as we go about our daily lives by working, doing errands, and other simple motions like taping a foot to music or even typing on a keyboard. Our NEAT activities can range from 15% of the total daily energy expenditure in very sedentary people to more than 50% in people who are very active. Join this challenge to increase your NEAT!
