New Master Class!

𝑰 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒆𝒙𝒄𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒏𝒆𝒘𝒔!🥳

I am teaching a new Master Class called - 𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝑴𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝑨 𝑩𝒐𝒅𝒚 𝑾𝒆𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝑫𝒐𝒏'𝒕 𝑾𝒂𝒏𝒕!

Here are some sure-fire tips to get you started!🔥

✅ Workout like crazy, then eat a ton of food after because you are so hungry afterwards! Of course, you also deserve that ice cream for your hard work! 🏃‍♀️🍦

✅ Don't eat most of the day, you are just too busy and forget! By the time hunger catches up, you are ravenous, so just eat a ton and then go to bed. 🤤😴

✅ Try to eat "healthy" by eating salads, but then get so hungry by the weekend you switch to burgers, fries and anything else you can eat, only to repeat the cycle until you are just plain tired of salad. 🥗🍔

✅ Have every intention of eating "better", maybe track your food for a few days, then give up on tracking but it's just too time consuming and you didn't like doing it anyway. 🤷🏼‍♀️

✅ When eating out, choose a healthier option because then you can save your calories for that yummy, calorie-filled dessert! Why not add a few drinks too! 🥙🍰🍹

✅ Eat whatever you want on the weekend because there is always Monday to wallow in self-pity and regret! 🍽️😞

Ok, so you might be asking "Is this a joke?" ⁉️ Well, yes and no. In reality, this was me and how I thought, behaved, and ultimately spent years NOT moving towards my health goals. ☹️

If we don't change our patterns, our behaviors, and our choices, if we don't committed to our goals, we won't achieve them! 🤯
